Social Lunch
On the 3rd Friday of every month, 6 associates are randomly selected to enjoy a company-paid lunch. We encourage you to have fun and connect with colleagues from across the company whom you may not have interacted with before.
Annual Meetup
Every year, our company convenes for our annual meetup in England & Wales, where our largest associate base is situated. Our primary focus is to review company performance, acknowledge notable achievements, and commend exceptional performers. Additionally, we use this occasion to honor the dedication of team members who have served with us for up to 5 years.
We prioritize the personal well-being of our employees and strive to foster a healthy work-life balance.
All of our permanent and full-time associates are eligible for the provident fund.
Employees are entitled to a specific number of casual, sick, and annual leave days.
All full-time associates, as well as their dependent spouses and children, are covered.
We cover 75% of local training costs aligned with your professional interests.
Associates receive a bonus upon the confirmation of a recommended candidate.
We reimburse 100% of exam fees for certifications beneficial to you and the company upon successful clearance.
Associates receive a monthly car allowance in addition to their salaries.
We offer competitive salaries along with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus.
New or soon-to-be parents are provided with a certain number of months off.
